about us
Meet Emília Dudášová – a woman who left her native Slovakia to pursue her dream of a life with a dog sled in northern Norway. Today, she lives in the Dividalen valley with her team of 13 dogs, preparing for the legendary Finnmarksløpet race.
Our pack
Our dogs are a big part of our lives, and their wellbeing and happiness always come first. Whether we’re training, exploring nature, racing, working with tourists, or relaxing at home, we make sure they feel loved and comfortable.
Each dog has their own personality, and we cherish that. Here you can get to know them — their names, ages, roles, and of course how adorable they are. Sid, Ylva, Tieva, Bea, Ronja, Puma, Kiara, Leo, Atlas, Nike, Äbba, Riley and Onyx.
Our race plans
Season 2024/25
Our dogs successfully completed:
• Bergebyløpet 240 km – 19th/26 (30 hours 47 minutes)
• Pasvik Trail Race 240 km – 24th/28 (30 hours 28 minutes)
Season 2025/26
We are officially registered for:
Finished races:
• Beskades 100 km (8 dogs) – pl 4/8 – Total time 11 hours 58 minutes
• Lapland Quest ~230 km (team of 10 dogs) – 144/230km SCR (scratch)
• Tromsquest 170 km (team of 8 dogs) – pl 13/15 – Total time 17 hours and 15 minutes)
Is still ahead of us:
• Finnmarksløpet 600 km – our main goal and a long-time dream (team of 8 dogs)
• Pasvik Trail Race 240 km (team of 8 dogs) – the most beautiful race to end the season

Individual activities with the dogs
including the opportunity to drive your own dog sled – from a short, easy 1-hour route to a full-day trip across the mountain plateau where we train
Personal guidance
I’ll be your local guide. Having lived here for a while, I know the area and the people well, and I’ll gladly show you the most beautiful places Dividalen and its surroundings have to offer
I’ve prepared a unique package that lets you experience the north of Norway just as we live it – authentically, close to nature and our dogs.
Accommodation and flights are arranged independently by guests.
Dividalen Valley is located approximately 2 hours from Tromsø and 1 hour from Bardufoss.
This is a remote and peaceful area — no neighbours, only nature, silence, and the mountains.
The stay is available for a minimum of 3 days, for 1 to 4 people.
